Hi Sweet Friends
I start my annual December Daily
with the word GIFT
For truly, what is Christmas
Without the Gift of Christ
As I focus my heart on the true meaning of Christmas
I purpose to not only remember the Gift
But to remember to be a Giver
I start my annual December Daily
with the word GIFT
For truly, what is Christmas
Without the Gift of Christ
As I focus my heart on the true meaning of Christmas
I purpose to not only remember the Gift
But to remember to be a Giver
Gifting doesn't have to cost money
Gifting can be time, prayer or even a simple smile
Today I was able to Gift my boss
Several hours of cleaning time
She hosted our office Christmas party tonight
So it was a Joy to offer her
My gift of Time
Sure
We were able to wear our pajamas
And share gifting with each of our employees
But I also received blessings
By simply being available to her
During the weeks ahead
As I focus on Christ and the Gift God
Offered to us through His Son
I feel honored to be able to
Share gifts of all sorts
With those who God chooses to put in my path
This week
Remember THE GIFT
And ask God how you can Bless someone
With a Gift
Be a Blessing
And You will be Amazed at How you are Blessed
I have asked - looking forward to His answer!
ReplyDeleteI remember God's promised gift and know one day I will receive it. Christmas should be about God's gift to us.
ReplyDeleteThe gift of eternal life given to us by God is one that still amazes me. So often, I just stop and think on how He handed over his precious son to pay for MY sins. It's more precious than I can ever comprehend, no matter how much time I meditate on it.
ReplyDeleteIt's been on my mind quite a bit lately to make changes in my life where I can be a greater blessing to others. I pray to be so sensitive to Him and his guidance that I never miss even the smallest whisper.
Lovely post.
God is good Cindy and will provide for us. I truly believe that. That is the gift. So happy you had a good time with your office staff at your Christmas Party. Love wearing my jammies for a fun party.

Cindy, What a wonderful gift you gave. Cleaning help would mean so much to me...That is why whenever I am at my girls' homes, I help with dishes or folding laundry...I remember being a young mom with so much to do. I loved your pictures. You are a very kind person Cindy. Blessings, xoxo,Susie
